Consultant

Richard set up Probate Solicitors in September 2010 as a specialist niche law firm specialising in providing legal advice and services to the older client. He attended Warwick University and Chester College of Law and qualified as a solicitor in 1985. Richard has a wealth of legal experience and also qualified as a Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP).

Richard has lived in Solihull since he was seven years old and was educated at Solihull School where he developed a love for rugby union. He is a qualified rugby referee and keen supporter of Silhillians RUFC. Richard is also an enthusiastic, racketball player and has recently taken up crown green bowling in his old age.

Richard has now retired from solicitor’s practice and STEP but remains available as a consultant.

Notary

Richard is qualified as a Notary Public and separately offers notarial services to individuals and companies from all over the Midlands.
