CAROLINE WILDEN

Caroline was called to the Bar in 2010; she is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple and a non-practising barrister. She cross qualified as a solicitor in 2013 having completed her training at solicitor practices in Birmingham and Solihull. Caroline is a qualified Society for Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP) and has also obtained a distinction in the STEP Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising.

Caroline studied the Graduate Diploma in Law (Commendation) and the Barrister Vocational Course (Very Competent) at the College of Law in Birmingham; she was awarded a law degree (2:1) in 2010.

Prior to August 2008 (when she went to study law) Caroline had a career working at several national retailers as a buyer followed by roles in marketing and national account sales.

Caroline is a regular at the local gym classes at 6.30am and a fair weather golfer when the opportunity arises

RICHARD ARNEY

Solicitor and managing director

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and has a wealth of legal experience. He is also a fully qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) and a full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners..

Richard attended Warwick University and Chester College of Law. Richard set up Probate Solicitors in September 2010 as a specialist niche law firm specialising in providing legal advice and services to the older client.

Richard also obtained a postgraduate diploma in Management at Leeds Met (now Leeds Beckett) University.

Richard is qualified as a Notary Public and separately offers notarial services to individuals and companies from all over the Midlands.

Richard has lived in Solihull since he was seven years old and was educated at Solihull School where he developed a love for rugby union. He is now a qualified rugby referee and keen supporter of Silhillians RUFC.

When not involved in rugby Richard is an enthusiastic, if not very skilful, tennis player and has recently taken up crown green bowling in his old age. It is best not to talk about his golf.
