About Our Team at Probate Solicitors Limited

Probate Solcitors Limited (PSL) is headed by experienced solicitor, Richard Arney.

 

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and has a wealth of legal experience as well as a thorough understanding of computers and technology.  Richard undertakes wills, powers of attorney and probate cases.  He is an affiliate member of STEP, the Society for Trusts and Estate Practitioners.

Richard attended Warwick University and Chester College of Law. Richard trained and worked in two Birmingham practices before moving to Sydney Mitchell where he was a partner.

Richard went on to obtain a post-graduate diploma in management at Leeds Metro University and in March 2011 was in the first batch of solicitors in the country to obtain the new STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Drafting.

Richard set up Probate Solicitors in September 2010 as a specialist niche law firm specialising in providing legal advice and services to the older client.
